What is tofu flower anyway?
Also known as tofu pudding or soybean pudding, tofu flower is a popular Chinese snack made of soft tofu. There are many variations on this snack, but this summer we are trying it out as a drink.
This silken tofu is made fresh each day at our store, using our own homemade soy milk. The drink is composed of soft tofu, unsweetened soy milk, and a bit of sugar. You can also add tapioca pearls, grass jelly, coconut jelly, sweetened red bean, or sweetened peanuts–or all of it, if you want. If you prefer it to be unsweetened, feel free to ask our salesgirls to hold the sugar!
This drink will be available soon at all of our locations. A small will be $3.25 and a large will be $4.25. Any add-ons (tapioca pearls, grass jelly, etc) are free of charge.
