About Us
Having honed his baking skills and refined his recipes in Taiwan, founder Han Chou immigrated to the US and in 1991 opened the first Fay Da Bakery in Manhattan. To this day, Fay Da Bakery remains a small family-owned business, with several stores throughout Manhattan and Queens.
Our goal is to offer high-quality baked goods at affordable prices, making it easy for everyone to experience and share our culture through food.
